Developed by la Fondation de l’entrepreneurship, it is a new mentoring program in Ontario for entrepreneurs. This unique program, developed by and for entrepreneurs, is a supportive relationship that allows the mentee entrepreneur to benefit from the experience and knowledge of a mentor entrepreneur. The philosophy of mentoring for entrepreneurs is generosity; it is a transfer of knowledge (pay it forward). It allows the acceleration of the development of entrepreneurs, increases the survival rate of businesses, and promotes their growth and sustainability.

Since 2013, RDÉE Ontario acquired an exclusive licence to use and adapt the tools in Ontario. The program is part of the largest francophone mentoring network for entrepreneurs in Canada. Réseau M is a resounding success: 97 mentoring cells have been developed in Quebec and 2 in Alberta and France. Réseau M will operate in both official languages in the province.
